I believe that every day is an opportunity to learn, be kind and do better. I have completed Reiki 1 & 2 in order to infuse my products with Reiki energy and now my heart has led me to the world of Shamanic. I am currently undertaking a Shamanic Practice Course and I am so excited to find out where this leads.

I am currently undertaking a Holistic Herbal Product Making Diploma.

In 2021, despite the many struggles from lockdown that we all faced, Our Green Apple
persevered due to the love of all things natural and the belief that products using mother earth ingredients should be available & affordable to us all.  

I continued my learning journey in to the beautiful plant medicine and completed a diploma in essential oils with distinction.
